OUR STORY
We Are Builders
By Trade
We’ve worked on everything from custom homes and remodeled buildings to re-fabricated old trucks. Decades ago, we bought a sailboat in Washington state, sailed it up to Juneau, Alaska, and lived on it for two years. Ever since then, we’ve wanted to use a boat to do something bold to help people around the world.
In 2019, we found a 100-ft sloop that would be perfect for the job, and since then, we’ve been doing a total refit - repairing, replacing, or transforming everything from the deck to the steelwork to the hull. Today, it’s nearly ready to go back in the water!

OUR MISSION
We Contribute In Three Specific Ways
1
Relief & Support
We want to provide disaster relief and medical relief, as well as transport supplies and personnel in service of caring for people’s basic needs - needs like fresh water, medical care, and health and hygiene items - especially for people who are hard to reach on islands and foreign shores, and those hit by hurricanes and other marine disasters.
2
Training & Development
Time on the water affords the opportunity to train others, whether that be the hard skills required to run a ship, perform mobile medical care, or provide disaster relief; or the strength of character required to do any of those things successfully.
3
Connections & Community
We want to serve and strengthen not only the people “in need”, but everyone we work with. From the crew and beneficiaries, to passengers and partners, we want to create an intentional and international network of people bold enough to reach across the ocean.
